Your application should include copies of the following (as an exception some may be handed in later):

• Signed application form with a recent photograph of the applicant attached
• Curriculum vitae
• University degree
• Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL), if English is not your primary language.
• Proof of work experience
• Letter of intent
