FOR LEADERSHIP
First executive course gains great recognition
On 19th and 20th May 14 participants from six different companies took part in the course „Global and Cross-cultural Leadership“ under the leadership of Prof. Jörg Dietz, Richard Ivey School of Business, Canada.
In preparation for the course participants had already received a case study. During the intensive course lively discussions emerged about the challenges of leadership in heading international teams or launching on foreign markets. During the course the exchange of experience with the participating executives from various fields of commerce and industry was greatly appreciated. At the end of the “high-level course”, as one of the participants called it, all those present praised the programme management of the Murmann School for the high quality and good practice-orientation of the range offered.
