We are dedicated to top-flight teaching and research in the aera of global management and global economic affairs. Our unique approach of integrating management and economics, particularly with regard to globalisation, empowers students to acquire the essential skills for leading positions in multinational corporations, international organisations and global consulting companies.
The Murmann School was jointly initiated by Prof. Klaus Murmann, entrepreneur and Honorary President of the Confederation of German Employers' Associations (BDA), Kiel Institute for the World Economy and Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel. Close cooperation in teaching and research between these institutions and others in an international scientific and business network generates a highly visible centre of excellence in global economic affairs.
