The not-for-profit Foundation Board of the Murmann School of Global Management and Economics, founded by Klaus Murmann, has set itself the goal of promoting the work of the Murmann School, both with regard to teaching and research, and to contribute towards building up a first-class business school in Kiel.

Klaus Murmann sets the trend here on behalf of citizens who feel obliged to promote young people, in particular. Therefore, he has been committed for several years already, taking an active part in the Studienförderwerk der Deutschen Wirtschaft (Foundation of German Industry for Qualifications and Cooperation) and would now like to be conducive in ensuring that further training for management executives meets the actual requirements of company management as well as the challenges of the future.

You can also support this commitment, for example by:

  • making an endowment to the capital stock
  • making en endowment for a fixed purpose, e.g. financing a guest professor, funding a sponsored chair (fully or in part), making an endowment to the library or the like
  • donating money or equipment
  • making an endowment for scholarships

or by being willing

  • to offer topics for theses
  • enabling company tours
  • assisting students as a mentor
